So some people have had a random NPC at some point in the game walk up and say “my name is legion!” He will then follow the player acting weird.
In dogtown, in the massive circular indoor market, there’s actually a AI robot named Legion. He will request that you put him together after finding all his pieces. I haven’t seen this covered in any discussions yet. I found most of his pieces. Will update to see if there’s a correlation!!!
