just like the title says, saint's row is the only game series I have ever known to allow you to pick through all of the music in the game and create a custom playlist that plays only those songs whenever you get into a vehicle, I get that the devs spend money on the rights to use every song that is put into a game, but most of them never get listened too anyway.

all I'd like to see is more games taking that aspect from saint's row 2, the third, GOoH, and 4. being able to make your own custom playlist for the game, and having the ability, such as in saints row 4, to be able to listen to that playlist while outside of a vehicle as well, I mean especially with cyberpunks tech, they could easily pass it off in the "lore" as playing through your holo which is implanted into your characters head/eyes.

I would attempt it myself but hell I can barely work the fucking GECK for fallout 3 and new vegas, much less a much more modern and complicated game such as cyberpunk.
