A severely underrated touch that more games should take into consideration. (Not spoiler)

Any time V is offered drugs or alcohol, you have the ability to refuse without hampering progress. As someone that has struggled with substance abuse it's a refreshing touch.

I love that they also gave us the option to do that non-lethally with weapon mods and quickhacks.
