I love that I can start a new game with Phantom Liberty and not have to go through all of the intros for the millionth time, though I wish it didn’t start after the Evie and Voodoo Boys missions.

However, in trying to get certain items out in the world, I’m not finding them. They’re just not there. For example, Jackie’s guns after the ofrenda. Since we start the game with Jackie’s arch, it’s assumed that this mission already happened, but when I go to the gun’s usual location nothing is there. I’m having the same issue with Dexter Deshawn’s gun at the dump. His body isn’t there, nor is the gun.

Is this an issue with the PH new game? Did I not grab those weapons soon enough? Has anyone else noticed this with other items that can be found?
