CB77 implements the kanji neon cyberpunk aesthetic wonderfully and correctly to the original 80's conception, but I feel there's a neo-noir roots which is missing - something which requires more fog.

Post Body
I know this sounds absurd, a simple weather effect, but I feel this is heavily deterministic of the atmosphere, so to speak, as akin to a filter and this would embellish much of the sleaze as more sinister - a dark undercurrent of otherwise pristine streets during the day (or clear weather). It allows such clear contrast, too, from the shadows of figures - very powerful for scenes... Maybe I am crazy, though, and this is all superficial? Perhaps it'd be inconsistent, too, to their intention?
