I’ve encountered a bug while playing and am at a complete loss as to how to fix it. Long story short I’ve gotten my characters reflexes to level 19, I’m only level 32 and have the point to spend to upgrade it but no matter how many times I try the game won’t let me max it out, I’ve tried reloading an old save, I’ve tried restarting the game and console even tried upgrading another attribute first to see if it would let me then, still nothing. I’m flat out of ideas, if anyone knows how I can fix this withought being significantly set back I’d love to hear your suggestions.
