Cutting a mobo/chip?

I’m still plotting out my deck. But I’m thinking of buying a bunch of dead board and chips to use as deco and such.
What’s the best way to cut them or even remove the parts off? I have this idea of using the RAM mounts on the side of the case I’m considering.
