Idea for a minimalistic cyberdeck, opinions and improvements please....
Post Body

A vintage portable CRT Television, I'm thinking black and white and ideally something akin to a Bentley CRT Television from the 70s search eBay they are all over. For power I will need something with a battery compartment though I will not be using it for its intended purpose as I will be removing the contacts and filing the battery tracks down with a Dremel in order to fit a SBC with an aluminum case to act as a heat sync as far as a power source I will use a Power Bank with an on/off switch something with a great amount of power in storage and 3 USB ports that I will mount to the outside of the battery compartment cover I will then cut a small divot in the cover with the Dremel big enough to run 1 power cables though there will actually be 3 cables being used (1x USB-A to 12 volt barrel plug to power The TV, 1x micro USB-B to USB-A to power the Power Bank, 1x USB-C to USB-A to power the SBC (going inside the compartment)). On the inside I will use a "le potato" SBC running Ubuntu Linux. for video output I was thinking I was going to use a HDMI to RCA component cable running into a male 3.5mm aux to female RCA Y cable as the input going into the external antenna port of the TV as for the keyboard I was thinking about employing a Bluetooth 60% Mechanical keyboard and 2.4 ghz wireless mouse both I will keep on the side with a mounting bracket I will design to hold them ideally both will be rechargeable. Again any ideas or improvements are certainly welcome and when all is said and done I will post pictures.

I hope my ramble makes sense this is my first legit attempt and y'all are a wealth of inspiration thank you.
