Treating opponent's monsters as monsters with a level.

I wanted to create a card that allowed to Ritual summon a monster using your opponent's monster that had a counter on them by treating them as level 3 monsters, alongside tributing your monsters from your hand or field.
Is there already an elegant way to write this effect? I tried to look for similar effects but none really helped me.
