Ghost Council of Orzhova looks pretty underwhelming since the M10 Rules change. Do a take two.

Restrictions: Same art, should have the same name unless you have a very good reason. Mana cost must include to fit into the original cycle, though it could cost more if you wish. Will be judged on elegance, and how well it displays Orzhov flavor, and how well it fits into the cycle.

EDIT: If it wasn't clear, this is hypothetically being placed into Guildpact in place of the original. Mechanics not present in Guildpact can't appear on the card. Also, this card was definitely pushed to high power the first time, so powerful is probably warranted.
