Redesign the Card

Archangel's Light was too good, and we need a replacement that's interesting but not a threat to competitive Constructed.
It's too late to change much about the name or anything about the art: It must have this art, be alphabetically before "Bar the Door," and be a white mythic.
So that's been done before, and I'm dumb. Okay, new thing: Redesign the General: Ruhan of the Fomori. Must fit into a politics-themed Commander deck, and preferably use the same art.
Probably judging submissions on Wednesday.
