Not in theme, but mechanically, I hit Theros exactly well before we had any idea it was an enchantment set.
Here is the current (and probably last) draft, mainly commons.
The core mechanics were Enchantment creatures (with an ability analogous to Bestow) and Chroma (Theros has a better-worded version in Devotion).
I flavored enchantment creatures as living music empowered by the Five Muses, who were going to be mainly Greco-Roman. Theros skipped the music and went straight to Greek-style gods.
This wasn't intentional. I'm just claiming it and putting this up before Theros totally eclipses my set.
