Help with making a Horizon Zero Dawn inspired Set?

So I’ve been wanting to make my own custom set for a while and I really want to start by makeing one based on Horizon Zero Dawn. I’m trying to follow this guide I found detailing how someone plotted out how they made a Zelda set. It’s been helpful but I still don’t know quite how to go about this project.

All I can think of is the set would be “Artifacts Matter”, “Humans Matter”, and that most of the two color combos out of 5 tribes would be Boros, Izzet and Simic. Would anyone else here be interested in helping me out with this project?
