Well met!
Last week's competition, Small Cards, has wrapped up. Thanks to everyone who participated! Last week's winner is /u/GreeenWiing with their simple but powerful Kobold Giant. We actually had two cards get exactly 18 votes this week, but Kobold Giant also happened to get the most secondary award votes out of any card, so I'm declaring it as the winner. This week's Best 6 Cost Card award goes to technically the runner-up, but only by one vote: /u/Dlafrferg with the very shamanistic legendary Fleshshaper Fa'jai. For this week's runner ups, we have /u/menovat with Ruthless Chef and /u/RazorOfArtorias with Unepic Duel.
Weekly Competition
In Saviors of Uldum, we saw the League of Explorer classes each get their own unique highlander / singleton legendary support card. Despite this, we've seen niche play of cards like Zephrys and Dragonqueen Alextrasza in non-explorer classes. Even before this, Mean Streets of Gadgetzan gave Mage, Warlock, and Priest their own unique highlander legendary minions. That leaves Shaman, Warrior, Rogue, and Demon Hunter without a single singleton support card in their class!
For this week's competition, your job is to design a Shaman, Warrior, Rogue, or Demon Hunter card that synergizes with the singleton / highlander deck archetype. Good luck!
This week's Secondary Award is Best Skill-testing Card.
