Custom Cover for Fellini's The Clowns (Raro Video release)

I've never made custom blu-ray art before, could anyone help me out with the best way to put together artwork for Fellini's The Clowns? I have the Raro Video blu-ray, which comes in a digipak, but my copy is pretty beat up now and I would love to store the disc in a plastic case with cover art that matches the Raro release. I would also absolutely pay for a commissioned piece if anyone happens to have already done this for this particular movie, or if anyone would be willing to make it for me!
