What comes after beating each dark avatar of the game?

I don’t give a shit about spoilers because oh no there’s more bosses to fight, I just wanna know if the game is worth continuing because after beating the jaguar boss the other two have bullshit self healing and the randomness the the rouge genre makes it not worth targeting builds to fight them
Is the rest of the game worth it? What comes after? Is pantheon literally just a boss rush mode?
