Hey everyone! It has been roughly 10 years since I have let me hair grow out to the length it currently is. It is naturally curly and those curls have returned with a vengeance. After joining the military many years ago I enjoying short hair for a long time I decided to grow my hair out the last 8 or so months since it has been easy working from home. I did get a haircut to clean certain parts up so it doesn't look super messy around the sides and back but I am trying to look for a hair dryer and diffuser that can help. I have seen a lot of people recommend the "Xtava black orchid" but I feel like that would be way too much diffuser for me, even though I do plan to keep growing out for longer. If I am wrong please correct me.

I have also been looking into a few different product and recently have been trying some Loma Curly Creme (If anyone knows anything about it I would love some discussion about it) and so far it has been pretty good. I have also been looking through the guide for tips and other products that could help. Though the issue I feel is my hair can be quite thick so when it is wet it flattens itself out and can prevent more defined curls from forming. I try to wait for it to dry naturally but it can be quite a pain and take a long time.

I would probably be okay with spending up to $50 depending on reviews and recommendations. I do live in a relatively small apartment where there isn't any bathroom counter space so a smaller dryer would potentially be what I am looking for; however, I am not against something larger if it would make a drastic difference in drying time.
