Need help Dry n ichy

I have very frizzy dry curly hair and i keep trying different shampoo and conditioners, because my scalp gets so irritated normally ill get halfway done with my bottles of shampoo and conditioner before needing to switch. After switching im good for a couple months then it gets bad again. Ive used Deva curl, Head n shoulders, tresemme, Native, fructis, teatree, Coconut Curls, and maybe some more but they start out good and then ends up bad any suggestions to help would be awesome thank you.
