After seeing supplements on Amazon I was curious what was real and might actually work. Ended up leading me here where I started this regimen last week:
(Sunflower Lecithin: 2400mg) (Ashwaganda: 3000mg) (Zinc every other day: 50mg) (Maca: 1000mg) (L-Citrulline: 1500mg) And a daily multi-vitamin as well as increasing my water intake.
What I've noticed so far is when edging the volume of precum has increased noticeably. The sensation during orgasm might be a tad bit stronger as well.
Anything I should keep an eye out for? Any reccomended changes or suggestions?
