I wanted to share my personal stack and what I'm planning to change. 34 male
Current stack:
- 1200mg Sunflower Lecithen
- 1000mg Tart Cherry extract
- 15mg/2mg Zinc & Copper
- 200mcg Selenium
Exercise 4-5 days a week (running, lifting, biking, hiking). Kegels/pelvic floor work 2-3 times a week in addition to regular mobility work.
Drink plenty of water, no soda/sugary drinks.
Experience: After 2-3 days of edging, I have a noticeably higher libido and stronger EQ. Morning wood persists for an hour or so, usually good for an edging session. No significant change in precum production (its minimal now, I'll get some with edging, but not more than a few drops). If I take 2400-3600mg lecithen, I notice my precum and loads are really thick and I can't shoot as far. The precum can almost get too thick, and it looks like I came during edging, but its just 1 drop and I don't feel like I've orgasmed.
Before supplements I was around 4-5ml, no significant change in volume with supplements.
Changing this week:
- adding pyrgeum per recommendations here
- increasing lecithen daily to 2400mg
- trying to focus hydration in the evening.
Will update progress within 1-2 weeks.
