Timing your supplements

Current stack: 15mg zin/2mg copper 200mcg selenium 2400mg Lecithen (sunflower) tart cherry (juice or powder, usually 1cup serving) Drink 3-4L water daily

I haven't noticed a significant change other than a small amount more precum. I have a high libido, good EQ, and short refractory period, so didn't want maca in my stack or anything like that. This is week 2 of taking them, so maybe I just need to stay the course.

How do you time your supplements? Have you seen any impact of when you take them throughout the day? I usually just take them in the AM with a light breakfast (oats or yogurt fruit).
