Some supplements claim to have the equivalent of a much larger amount of a supplement. Is that a real thing, or b.s.? For example, 100 mg of Sunflower Lecithin 30:1 Extract ("Equivalent to 3,000 mg of Sunflower Lecithin"). They also claim their supplements contain "botanical extracts that are 10x more powerful than powders." Link
