I wanted to share some account of what Iāve experienced over the last 65-70 days as Iāve started a completely new supplement regimen. It wasnāt intended to make bigger loads, but thereās several in this mix that overlap with several commonly used for that effect.
Iām an aging (almost 48) pro athlete in a niche sport no one hardly cares about. I have a regular 9-5 to actually pay the bills, but I love doing it and it aināt getting any easier lining up against a bunch of 20 somethingās and a handful of teenagers. I had spinal surgery in the middle of the summer/season and had a personal trainer friend of mine help me bounce back as soon as possible. This stack was part of the program.
Side effects on my loads:
-MASSIVE increase in pre cum. Like, leaking a full size watery load before I shot my load. This didnāt last though -āEncoresā volume gradually increased to a now very respectable and impressive amount. This has been consistent for about 3-4 weeks now -Reduced joint pain. It helps in the bedroom, big time -A marginal increase in an already pretty strong libido.
My daily intake. I split some dosages am/pm that donāt need to be. I didnāt specify timing for those. Ones that are significantly more effective staggered are noted.

ā¦ Fadoga - 850 mg
ā¦ Vitamin D3 - 50 mcg
ā¦ Super B Complex w/C - one tablet am
ā¦ Zinc - 40 mg
ā¦ Calcium - 1,000 mg
ā¦ Magnesium - 500 mg
ā¦ L-Arginine/L-Citrulline - 2,000 mg
ā¦ AREDS 2 - 1 caplet am, 1 caplet pm
Also, 3,000 mg each glucosamine HCI and MSM
