I've been waiting to release with my girlfriend so we can both share the experience together. I'm wondering if there are any negative effects from taking lethicin and not releasing. I've always been under the impression that the longer you wait, the more builds up. Is there truth to this? At what time does it stop making a difference? My largest loads came from extended play/edging. Also, how much water should I be drinking to help create as much as possible but also with some thickness to it?
Also, any negative effects to taking 1200mg of lecithin daily?
