Long story short, I have a neighbor who I’ve had issues with for a year. Tonight, he really spooked me. He doesn’t do anything actionable. But he’s approached me, and seemingly likes to intimidate me anytime I’m walking my dog by watching me, burping repeatedly (he can burp on command) at me, call me names….I’ve tried contacting the police about it, but the online reporting only allows people to file electronic harassment. I’ve called the non emergency hotline a million times, nobody answers, and I just cycle through the endless loop directing me to other lines.

Tonight, I finally decided to get something into the system about it, so I called the non emergency line, and the automated system told me to go online and select “get services” to determine if my incident meets the requirements for filing. I hit the submit report link, filled everything out, and then I submitted it….only to find out that it’s a submission portal for reporting police personnel!! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Anyway, I’m starting to feel increasingly uncomfortable. This man is weird. It’s getting to the point where I walk outside and I’m already annoyed because this lunatic is adamant on reiterating the fact that he doesn’t like me. How do I deal with this? Who do I talk to?
