Hey all! Wondering if anyone has had or know anyone who has done the Hoffman Process 1 week retreat at The Hoffman Insitute? I have heard mixed reviews but online some saying it’s cult like it brainwashing. Others I actually know said it was life changing. I had one therapist recommend it and my new one is really wary and against it.

I’ve done a lot of therapy I think I’m fairly spiritual Ish (not like extreme woo woo but I can get down with it occasion), but I am very very wary of cult like personalities etc. and I’m wondering anyone’s thoughts or experiences. I don’t know a ton about cults but I have enough common sense to feel when something is weird. I’m on the fence due to mixed reviews.
