I don’t need much more than the title. I love to cook, but especially for people. I’m sure I’m not the only person reading this that gets their biggest joy from the smile when someone eats your food and loves the bite.
There are a lot of things that are much better home made and SIMPLE and having the recipe and skill down would just help me elevate my cooking for others, and even my day to day.
My list now includes things like crème fraiche, simple salsas, fruit syrups for pancakes. Hell… I made the cranberry sauce from scratch thanksgiving giving and DAMN.
We all know the impact small steps can have on cooking, and I would LOVE your opinions so I can make a “to learn” list
I would love people’s opinions.
