Hash rate went from 80+ to 40 in one afternoon?

Using Cudo with a 3080 FE for ETH (yes I know). Yesterday as usual the hash was 80 . I came home from work to see the PC had restarted and now when I run Cudo I get a hash of 40. Anyone have any idea as to why?
