I've been—like most people here, I suppose—sorta touch starved recently. I'm in a moment of transition in life and have had to slough off a lot of vestigial stuff. That's all fine, but it's left me very much out in the cold, without much left to hold. It's not a new feeling, but it'd be nice to have a distraction.

Anyhoo as the title states I'm a 24 year old guy, Japanese/White, and slim-built (5'8" 125lbs). I'm an adventerous guy, well-traveled, but not much of a carouser. I like the gentle atmospheres of cafés, reading, and long walks. Vocationally I'm a programmer, and I'm happy to talk about that stuff, but tbh I don't keep much up to date with hype and trends.

I'm not too picky about you. I'd prefer someone relatively height-weight proportional, obviously well-groomed and hygienic. Pretty much all my friends have been Asian so it's typically easier to connect with people like that, but I enjoy talking with pretty much anyone honestly. It's always interesting meeting people with different backgrounds.

As I intimated earlier I won't be around long. I'll be moving for work at the end of February so that only leaves a month or so; depending on schedules that should give us enough time to establish a minimal rapport. I can't make any promises about after I leave, so, to speak frankly for a moment, I wouldn't count on anything after that.

I should probably mention now that unfortunately I'm unable to host. While it would be nice if you could, I understand safety concerns and I'm happy to pay for a nice hotel room if that works. We can also go out and get coffee/boba first, suss each other out a bit.
