How common/realistic is it for cuckold & cuckquean couples to date?

I'm (34 M) a cuckold and my wife (31 F) has had sex with a few guys since we started last year. We think it would be hot to hang out with another couple, but where she is a cuckquean. My wife and the other husband can have sexual fun while the other wife and myself might just watch the kids, make dinner while they have sex, or watch them have all the sexual fun.
This would be the dream, but it doesn't seem that realistic. Is there anyone who's experienced this?
