I was down the other end of the house and heard my wife’s raised voice. Kids were in bed asleep so it wasn’t one of them. She was on the phone, as I got closer I overheard her side of the conversation and it made me so happy. I heard my wife defending me to her boyfriend.

Some of her statements I heard. “Don’t you ever say that sort of thing about him” “I made the mistake of choosing you over him once. I’m lucky he took me back, I won’t ever chose any one over him again” “I want to be with him more than I want your dick” “Yes I love you both, but I will always love him more” There were a few other things along those lines. I know she won’t break up with him. But it felt so good to hear her defend me and say that I’m her first choice.
