Finals Week-ly Thread
Post Body

So, despite the cheeky title, this is not a conventional weekly thread. CU has been promoting healthy lifestyle choices during the (usually very rough) end of the semester, and I thought I'd highlight some important points on this sub.

Finals can take a major toll on your mental health so please do try to prioritize your health and safety during the homestretch of the semester. Many people tend to sacrifice their diet and sleep during finals week – avoid this by all means. You need to maintain a healthy diet and sleep schedule in order to maximize your physical and mental well-being.

If you or a friend need help or some time to decompress over the next 2 weeks, check out the links below.

General Tips

There are a bunch of tips on CU's website, but here are some that I would like to highlight:

Take the time to read through these articles if you're feeling particularly down. The "find your study spot" article is actually pretty interesting – there are some places listed that I've never even heard of!
