Options for Humidor with heat and cool, 5-700 cigars in boxes

Anyone have good input on something this size? Probably looking for something in the 800-1000 individual stick size to store the 500-700 in boxes and/or allow room for a few more.
Need electric heating and cooling, more so the heating as my basement stays cool in the summer and winter but humidity rises in the summer such that even 58%bovedas have trouble keeping things below 70 at 60-62f.
