Writing on Inside of Cigar Band?

Hello folks,
Recently in Varadero I purchased a box of Bolivar Petit Coronas (Box Code: TUA ENE 22) and while smoking one down there I slid the band off and saw something I have -never- seen in my 20 years of Cuban cigar smoking, writing on the inside with a ball point pen. It looks like a 100 with a line through it. Let me try and figure out how to post a picture here to show you all.
