Cthulhutech is a roleplaying game operating off of the Framewerk system.
Cthulhutech takes place in 2085, and players assume the roles of dramatic characters trying to prevent the encroachment of ancient cults, hostile alien forces, and government conspiracies.
It is HP Lovecraft meets Neon Genesis Evangelion, sprinkled with the X-Files, Robotech, and superhero comics from the 1990's. And it is about as happy of a setting as you'd expect.
