Question about getting transfer grades removed from cumulative GPA…

Post Body

So I transferred to Fullerton with a 3.93 from my CC. However, I have old grade from a college I attended like 20 years ago and withdrew from. Not only did they not withdraw me from the school, but they enrolled me for a 2nd semester in which I never attended. I’ve fought with this old college on getting the grades scrubbed but they refused unless I decided to attend their school again. (Obviously not doing that.) Fullerton has all my transcripts and my TDA has some of those F’s counting towards my GPA and some “unassigned” transfer credits. I can’t tell if they count toward my GPA or not but some of those other ones clearly do. I also have fulfilled my IGETC with my CC with all As and a few Bs so there’s no reason to include those really old classes. Is there anything I can do with Fullerton to get those old classes scrubbed because it’s tanking my overall GPA from a 3.9 something to like a 3.2?
