Is there an enrollment hold delay?

Post Body

So I had a past due balance of $3,212.50 from the fall semester. I just paid the entire past-due amount yesterday (Friday) and notified SBS, and they informed me that the enrollment hold had been lifted, allowing me to register. The enrollment hold is still in effect because I am unable to register for my classes, and it still shows that I have a hold. This is what is currently displayed on my screen. I have a $1,600 scholarship, and my scholarship foundation said the checks would be mailed this week, but we're already at the end of the week, and it's still not included in my anticipated financial aid. Could this be a hindrance? Is it possible that there is a delay because it is the weekend? This is so inconvenient because I've been trying to register since my registration opened up, and MCS would have covered a large portion of my past due balance if they had disbursed it (literally only about ~$530 out of pocket).

*The no enrollment hold is also dated 9/13/2022 which was past due amount date. I don't believe it could be anything else. Hopefully, it's just a weekend delay in showing up on the system.
