How do I make a multicolor reddits bar, and change the font on the entire subreddit.

I wanted to change the top most bar, the "reddits" bar containing all the subreddits. To a procession of colors, (a rainbow.) how would I do this?
And I wanted to know what's the default font for everything on reddit, what fonts are available? How would I code changing all of it at once.
