Would like to create post flair that is based on text contents.

Similiar to the "solved" in TOMT I would like to give the users ability to generate this sort of flair from their text post.
This is for a collaborative music subreddit and what I would like to do specifically is give users the ability to list what talent they are looking for in the text post and format it in such a way so that it appears as flair. This will make it easier for other users to quickly browse and find which projects are looking for their particular talent.
Then the op can edit this flair as the project develops and perhaps remove a need or add a new one.
