First, my apologies if this is a question that's been asked before. I tried to look, but couldn't find anything that seemed to map directly to what I'm after. On the other hand - I'm an Idiot (blush). So that doesn't mean it wasn't there.
Second, I don't play with CSS much, and what I have so far was done some time ago, and mostly stolen from the extremely helpful folks who've posted advice around Reddit. So my thanks to them for getting me this far.
So what am I try to do? I have a Reddit I use for things associated with my posts in GoneWildAudio. And I've got a sidebar sticky at the top of it. I've also got a test subreddit I use for pre-evaluating structural changes. It's the one at the top of this post. I've made it temporarily public, but here's a link to a screen shot of the front page as it stands:
.
TatterJack-ery Test - Front page
.
However, that's not the sticky I'm trying to achieve. I wanted to put a multi-line sticky in. But as soon as I added a new line (ending the previous line with two spaces (blushes again) - I got this:
.
TatterJack-ery Test - Test new line
.
What I'm actually trying to generate is something like this (it's a graphic mock-up, not a real page):
.
TatterJack-ery Test - Preferred sticky
.
I'd be extremely grateful for any guidance :-).
