My Banner Went Transparent

Hello, working over at /r/bravefrontier,
I came across a random problem that someone my banner went transparent on the toolbar area.
Nothing was touched in the CSS page and for some reason it just went like this, and I'm not sure what even changed.
Would love to know how to revert this back.
