I need previews for user flairs.

Hey guys, I don't know any CSS really but I've managed to copy paste most of the parts I need for a subreddit.
So, I'm currently testing the stuff on /r/testytestsubreddit and while I've managed to get some flairs with flags (looking to have all nationalities displayed as user flair) I can't see what flag I'm selecting before I've picked the flair, which all just have my user name...
Please help!
