Ok, so I wrote a UAP in windows 8 almost 2 years ago by myself.. I'll admit it, I'm almost surprised I was able to pull it off.
In any case a few thousand people have downloaded the app and like/love it. At the moment it's a hit/miss on if it works on a computer because of some weird windows stuff.
I've started to rewrite/work it to run in windows 10 and to fix it up. I followed the instructions on how to upgrade/change it etc..
I've finally gotten it so it'll deploy then it crashes divide by 0 etc...
What I'd love is if someone could take a look at the code ideally someone who knows C#, xml really well. More then likely they could fix it enough so that it'd run or at least start up/where the problem is and what I might do to fix it.
I don't have much money, the app basically makes about $10/month at best. To me it's not the money I have this app that I built, designed etc and I was able to get it out there. I think that's awesome. I have a bunch of ideas of how to fix it, to make different parts work better. But at the moment I finally got it to compile again (after a year of working on it) and it crashes on startup. I think I'm over my head in figuring out why. So a second set of eyes would be great. I have no problem paying someone for their time, but really don't have much of any spare money. I'd be willing to give them half a years profits or more from the app once I get it fixed up. which granted at this point is about $100-$200 but it's what I've got.
If anyone is interested please just direct message me. I'd rather not post the app name, and as part of it I'd also include free codes for the app or co-authoring it and splitting the profits.
