Hello. I'm currently learning c# right now, and I absolutely love it! I'm currently building a restful web service with webapi and also a WCF project. Programming has become my passion, and I want to make the leap from software QA to Jr C# developer
My question is, do I need to start learning some front end technologies? I really like WPF and would love to build a UI with it and hook it up to my restful web service, but I feel like its old technology. It seems like companies are moving towards web apps, thus I feel like I would be at a disadvantage if I learned WPF, instead of HTML and JavaScript. Should I just suck it up and learn to build a UI with Asp.net and JavaScript?
Thank you so much for your input, I really appreciate it.
