CSGO Lounge not loading at all

Hey I've been trying to go on Lounge since yesterday and all I'm getting is ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. Is the server down? or Am I banned from the site? I was trying to get my skins back from betting but was unable too. I was told by a friend that I might be Ddosing or whatever its called. Can someone please help me.
