Surfing on online servers without players&hud

I need video material of csgo surfing, I recently started surfing and tried downloading surf maps from workshop to just play there alone witg 2 surf cfg files (both having diff air accelerate&accelerate numbers) and with both of them I find surfing VERY hard to do, but every single server I join (so not from my installed workshop maps) it’s way easier and more fun to play, I tried looking for more codes/commands to apply to my solo journey but I can’t find snything so i’m stuck with servers that I have to join, can I completely hide hud (keep my knife) and hide players etc?
