Where is community map multiplayer?

Where has it gone? There seems to be almost no discussion about it being missing, did that few people actually use it? Like 1/4th of my time on cs was fuckin about on random and wierd maps with friends, in addition where are the community servers with surf and other wierd game modes at? It really feels that cs2 killed everything considered non competitive. I still love cs2 comp (always been a hard peeker) but it feels hollow compared to csgo
