Horrible Stuttering in CS2

CS2 has worked very well for me so far, I don't know if it's due to a new update or something, but today I played a game in nuke, in premier mode, and in some rounds, as soon as I started on the CT side, it gave me like 20 0 30 very annoying stutters, sometimes it was even unplayable.
I have a good PC RTX 4080/I7-13700Kf/32gb ram/NVMe etc...
Does this happen to anyone else?
