Post Body

When it comes to doing work, do you have requirements and acceptance criteria written down somewhere e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps? I’ve recently moved to a new role and there are meetings where the technical requirements are passed over by architects however nothing is actually written down in Azure DevOps, even though our backlog is managed on it. As a result, its as though I get told what needs to be done from a high level but then it’s just over to me. I’m wondering if this is common or rather an anomaly? We never do planning poker. The team is mainly consists of contractors who have been in the team for quite some time so they’re ‘knowledgeable’ about the systems.
