I live in Switzerland and did an IT apprenticeship and as this is highly valuated in my country I should have no problems to find a new IT job.
I worked previously in a help desk 1st level position and since then moved on to a 2nd level/3rd level position where I keep some (enterprise) customer contact but I'm not doing any phone support anymore.
My problem now is that while I love operation (investigating issues, updating sw etc.), it seems that with the cloud world there's not much "interesting" thing to operate to. As I don't have any coding experience (and don't really wanna code) I can't work in positions that need that and it seems that most on-premise solutions will die out in the next ten yers (even here in Switzerland).
My question here is if one has some ideas in which fields within the IT I could go next with my experience and profile.
